Rec Class for ages 10+ is a 90-minute class that consists of basic, intermediate, and advanced gymnastics skills and is available for children ages 10 to 16 years old. Activities include vault, uneven bars, balance beam, floor exercise, and Tumbl Trak. There is a maximum 7:1 ratio of students to instructor.
