This recreational class for girls ages 7 and up is a 90-minute class that consists of basic, intermediate, and advanced gymnastics skills. Students are grouped by age/ability in the class. Activities include vault, uneven bars, balance beam, floor exercise, and Tumbl Trak. There is a maximum 8:1 ratio of students to instructor.
