I love gymnastics because it is both mental and physical, which forces you to really have to work hard and it helps you grow as a person. I love being part of a team but also being able to challenge myself individually throughout all aspects of this sport!

I love coaching because of the relationships it brings to my life. I love being able to share my love for the sport and watch each gymnast grow in their own way. I love laughing with the kids and just watching them learn to trust not only me, but themselves!
